Sealed Air (SEE) Tops Q2 EPS by 7c, Raises FY EPS Guidance

Sealed Air (NYSE: SEE) reported Q2 EPS of $0.60, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.76 billion.

• Q2 2015 Adjusted EBITDA of $308 Million or 17.2% of Net Sales

Sealed Air sees FY2015 EPS of $2.24-$2.28, versus prior guidance of $2.11-$2.18 and the consensus of $2.17. Sealed Air sees FY2015 revenue of $7.1 million, versus the consensus of $7.15 million.

Adjusted EBITDA is now estimated to be in the range of $1.16 billion to $1.17 billion as compared to the previously provided forecast of $1.14 billion to $1.16 billion, which reflects the divestiture and includes approximately $110 million of unfavorable currency translation.
