Middleburg Financial Corp (NASDAQ: MBRG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, or $0.52 annualized. This is a 30% increase from the prior dividend of $0.10.

The dividend will be payable on August 28, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 12, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
