Span-America (SPAN) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.16; 3.7% Yield

Span-America (NASDAQ: SPAN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, or $0.64 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.15.

The dividend will be payable on September 3, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 14, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.7 percent.
