American States Water (NYSE: AWR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.896 per share, or $3.584 annualized. This is a 5.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.852.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 12, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 9.3 percent.
