Retail Properties of America (NYSE: RPAI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.165625 per share, or $0.6625 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on October 9, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 25, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 23, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 4.6 percent.
