First Community Bancshares (NASDAQ: FCBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share, or $0.56 annualized. This is a 7.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.13.

The dividend will be payable on August 21, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 5, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
