Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Tops Q2 EPS by 4c, Reaffirms FY Guidance

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) reported Q2 EPS of $0.48, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $38.06 million.

The Company reaffirms its previously-announced 2015 guidance for FFO per share of $1.48 to $1.56 and earnings per share of $0.82 to $0.87. These forecasts are before any acquisition-related costs and gains/losses on sale of depreciated property.
