UPDATE: Vasco Data Security (VDSI) Reports Q2 EPS of 35c, Maintains FY Guidance

Vasco Data Security Internatio (NASDAQ: VDSI) reported Q2 EPS of $0.35, may not compare to the analyst estimate of $0.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $65.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $64.67 million.

Vasco Data Security Internatio reaffirmed FY2015 guidance.

• Revenue is expected to be in the range of $230 million to $240 million, and
• Operating income as a percentage of revenue, excluding the amortization of purchased intangible assets, is projected to be in the range of 19% to 22
