SoTHERLY Hotels (SOHO) Raises Quarterly Dividend 6.7% to $0.08; 4.5% Yield

SoTHERLY Hotels (NASDAQ: SOHO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 6.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.075.

The dividend will be payable on October 9, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.5 percent.
