WestRock (WRK) Declares $0.375 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

WestRock (NYSE: WRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.375 per share, or $1.5 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 25, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
