Simon Property Group (SPG) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.3% to $1.55; 3.4% Yield

Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.55 per share, or $6.2 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $1.50.

The dividend will be payable on August 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
