Rose Rock Midstream (RRMS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 2.4% to $0.65; 6.9% Yield

Rose Rock Midstream (NYSE: RRMS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.6 annualized. This is a 2.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.635.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.9 percent.
