Sunoco Logistics Partners (NYSE: SXL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.438 per share, or $1.752 annualized. This is a 4.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.419.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 6, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.1 percent.
