Altra Industrial Motion (NASDAQ: AIMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 16, 2015.
