Shell Midstream Partners (NYSE: SHLX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is an 8.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.175.

The dividend will be payable on August 13, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 30, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
