Landmark Infrastructure Partners (NASDAQ: LMRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.3075 per share, or $1.23 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.2975.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2015.
