EQT Midstream Partners (NYSE: EQM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized. This is a 23.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.52.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 4, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 31, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.4 percent.
