OCI Resources (NYSE: OCIR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5445 per share, or $2.178 annualized. This is a 1.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.5375.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.7 percent.
