Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) Reports In-Line Q2 EPS; Guides Q3 Revenue

Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ: AMD) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.17), in-line with the analyst estimate of ($0.17). Revenue for the quarter came in at $942 million versus the consensus estimate of $950.51 million.

For Q3 2015, AMD expects revenue to increase 6 percent, plus or minus 3 percent, sequentially. (The Street sees Q3 revenue of $1.05 billion.)
