Omega Healthcare Investors (NYSE: OHI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.2 annualized. This is a 1.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.54.

The dividend will be payable on August 17, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.2 percent.
