Saratoga Investment (SAR) Reports Q1 NII of 33c/Share

Saratoga Investment (NYSE: SAR) reported Q1 EPS of $0.33, $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.44.

Adjusted for the incentive fee accrual related to net unrealized capital gains, the net investment income on a weighted per share basis was $0.53, an increase of $0.13, or 33% from the quarter ended May 31, 2014.
