Cummins (CMI) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.975; 3% Yield

Cummins (NYSE: CMI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.975 per share, or $3.9 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.78.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 21, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 19, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3 percent.
