South Jersey Industries (NYSE: SJI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25125 per share, or $1.005 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on October 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on September 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of September 8, 2015.
