RPM International (RPM) Declares $0.26 Quarterly Dividend; 2.1% Yield

RPM International (NYSE: RPM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share, or $1.04 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 9, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
