Realty Income (O) Raises Monthly Dividend 0.3% to $0.19; 5% Yield

Realty Income (NYSE: O) declared a monthly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $2.28 annualized. This is a 0.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1895.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5 percent.
