RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE: RIF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.33 per share, or $1.32 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 19, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 17, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.9 percent.
