Universal Health Realty (UHT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 0.8% to $0.64; 5.4% Yield

Universal Health Realty (NYSE: UHT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.64 per share, or $2.56 annualized. This is a 0.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.635.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 15, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.4 percent.
