Verint Systems (VRNT) Tops Q1 EPS by 12c, Revenue Light, Maintains FY Guidance

Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.66, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.54. Revenue for the quarter came in at $269.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $274.87 million.

Financial Outlook

For the year ending January 31, 2016, we are maintaining our non-GAAP revenue guidance range of $1.20 billion to $1.25 billion and non-GAAP diluted earnings per share guidance range of $3.55 to $3.75.
