Cracker Barrel (CBRL) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $1.10; 3.1% Yield

Cracker Barrel (NASDAQ: CBRL) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share, or $4.4 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $1.00.

The dividend will be payable on August 5, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 17, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 15, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
