El Paso Electric (EE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.4% to $0.295; 3.2% Yield

El Paso Electric (NYSE: EE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.295 per share, or $1.18 annualized. This is a 5.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
