State Bank Financial (NASDAQ: STBZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 500% increase from the prior dividend of $0.01.

The dividend will be payable on June 16, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 8, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 4, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
