Extra Space Storage (EXR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25.5% to $0.59; 3.3% Yield

Extra Space Storage (NYSE: EXR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.59 per share, or $2.36 annualized. This is a 25.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.47.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
