Williams Cos. (NYSE: WMB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.59 per share, or $2.36 annualized. This is a 1.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.58.

The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2015.
