Brown-Forman (NYSE: BF-A) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.315 per share, or $1.26 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 3, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 1, 2015.
