WhiteHorse Finance (NASDAQ: WHF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.355 per share, or $1.42 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 2, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 19, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 17, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 12.1 percent.
