New Residential Investment (NRZ) Raises Quarterly Dividend 18.4% to $0.45; 10.8% Yield

New Residential Investment (NYSE: NRZ) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized. This is an 18.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.

The dividend will be payable on July 24, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 26, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 21, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 10.8 percent.
