OM Asset Management (NYSE: OMAM) reported Q1 EPS of $0.31, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $163.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $162.73 million.

AUM of $224.0 billion at March 31, 2015, up 10% from March 31, 2014.
