Ashland (NYSE: ASH) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share, or $1.56 annualized. This is a 14.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.34.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 29, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2015.
