MSA (MSA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 3.2% to $0.32; 2.9% Yield

MSA (NYSE: MSA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized. This is a 3.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.31.

The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 26, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 21, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
