FreightCar America (NASDAQ: RAIL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 21, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 19, 2015.
