First Industrial Realty (FR) Declares $0.1275 Quarterly Dividend; 2.5% Yield

First Industrial Realty (NYSE: FR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1275 per share, or $0.51 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 20, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.5 percent.
