Pool Corp. (POOL) Declares $0.22 Quarterly Dividend; Adds $100M to Buyback Program

Pool Corp. (NASDAQ: POOL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share, or $0.88 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 3, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 20, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 18, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.

The company also announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an additional $100.0 million under its existing share repurchase program for the purchase of the Company’s stock in the open market at prevailing market prices or in privately negotiated transactions.
