RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. This is a 5.6% increase from the prior dividend of $0.18.

The dividend will be payable on June 19, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 29, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2015.
