Cousins Properties (CUZ) Tops Q1 FFO by 1c, Guides FY In-Line

Cousins Properties (NYSE: CUZ) reported Q1 FFI of $0.21, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92 million versus the consensus estimate of $97.8 million.

Cousins Properties sees FY2015 FFO of $0.82-$0.86, versus prior guidance of $0.81-$0.85 and the consensus of $0.84.
