Innospec (IOSP) Raises Semi-Annual Dividend 7.1% to $0.30; 1.4% Yield

Innospec (NASDAQ: IOSP) declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.30 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 7.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.28.

The dividend will be payable on May 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 14, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.4 percent.
