Kadant (KAI) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c; Lowers FY15 Revenue Outlook

Kadant (NYSE: KAI) reported Q1 EPS of $0.63, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.58. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92 million versus the consensus estimate of $95.3 million.

Kadant sees Q2 2015 EPS of $0.69-$0.71, versus the consensus of $0.92. Kadant sees Q2 2015 revenue of $95-97 million, versus the consensus of $110.5 million.

Kadant sees FY2015 revenue of $403-410 million, versus prior guidance of $413-423 million and the consensus of $421.9 million.
