Agree Realty (NYSE: ADC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.465 per share, or $1.86 annualized. This is a 3.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.45.

The dividend will be payable on July 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6 percent.
