Cullen/Frost Bankers (NYSE: CFR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized. This is a 3.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.51.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 29, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 27, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.9 percent.
