Aimco (AIV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.4% to $0.30; 3.1% Yield

Aimco (NYSE: AIV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.26.

The dividend will be payable on May 29, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 13, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
