Sunoco Logistics Partners (NYSE: SXL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.419 per share, or $1.676 annualized. This is a 4.7% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 11, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
